You know the feeling.

You make 60 in the nets.
Everything feels good.
Then Saturday comes around and you're 8 off 24 balls, thinking about getting out.

Or you get to 30 and start thinking about getting to 50.
Or you bowl six really good balls and then try to make the seventh one happen.
Or you have one bad over and spend the next three overs trying to get it back.
Or you get dropped, lose your spot, have a poor run of form - and suddenly you're carrying all of that into your next innings.

That's the gap I work on.

Not your cover drive.
Not your bowling action.
Not whether you need another 100 balls in the nets.

The bit that changes when you actually have something to lose.

I'm opening a small group in September for five cricketers.

And wherever you are in your season, we'll start with what's actually happening in your cricket.

Wherever You Are
If You're In Pre-Season

We're not waiting until the first game to find out what happens under pressure.

We'll look at what happened last season. The dismissals you keep repeating. The situations where your game changed. The moments where you went away from what you know you can do.

Then we'll build the habits you want to take into the season.

So you're not starting another season hoping you'll play differently. You've already trained it.

If You're In-Season

We work with your actual cricket.

You get out after making 20. You bowl a good spell but lose your way when the batter attacks. You struggle against a particular type of bowling. You start thinking about your score. You have a bad game and it follows you into the next one.

We don't spend three weeks talking about it.

We take what happened, work out why it happened, and build what you need for the next game.

Your cricket becomes the classroom.

If You're Between Seasons

This is where we can really go after it.

Because you don't have to wait for the next Saturday.

We can look at the patterns from your season. What kept showing up? Where did you lose runs? Where did you lose wickets? What happened to your decision-making when the pressure went up? What did you do when things weren't going your way?

Then we use the next few weeks to actually change it.

So you don't carry the same version of your game into the next season.

How The Program Works

TWO WEEKS AT A TIME.
BUILT AROUND YOUR CRICKET.

Every two weeks is built around what your game actually needs right now.

When What What It Does
Monday - Week 1 Performance Architect You and Nik identify the one thing getting in the way of your performance right now. You leave with a clear focus for the next two weeks.
Friday - Week 1 Performance Room Live session. You bring your actual cricket - an innings, a spell, a moment where something shifted. You leave with something specific for your next game.
Week 2 Same Focus. Deeper. You play. You notice what's happening. You bring it back to the room on Friday. What changed? What's still showing up? What do you do when it happens again?
End of Week 2 Fortnightly Review Your cricket from the last two weeks pulled apart. What happened. Why it happened. What changes in the next two weeks.
Between sessions Direct Access to Nik The day before a big game. The morning after a bad innings. When something's not sitting right. You reach out. Nik responds.

Then we go again. Sprint two is built on what sprint one shed light on. This is how the work compounds into a different player.

What The Four Months Look Like
What You Get
What What It Means
Performance Architect Every two weeks you and Nik identify the one thing that needs to change in your game right now. The thing that matters most.
Performance Room Every week. You bring your actual cricket - a real innings, a real spell, something that happened in a game and you leave with something specific to take into your next match.
Fortnightly Review Between the room and the next architect session, you and Nik pull your cricket apart. What actually happened, why and what you're going to do differently next time.
Direct Access to Nik The day before a big game. The morning after a bad innings. When something's not sitting right. You don't wait for the next session. You reach out. Nik responds.
MPI™ Diagnostic Three snapshots across the program - start, six weeks, twelve weeks. A score that tracks how your game holds up consistently. The gap between those numbers is the proof the work is changing something.
The Badkundri Method™ The method underneath all of it. Built specifically for cricket over ten years. Not borrowed from another sport. Built for what actually happens in cricket.

The exact work depends on where you are.

Pre-season: build.
In-season: perform and adjust.
Off-season: fix and rebuild.

You don't get put through the same curriculum as everyone else.
We work on your cricket.

This Is For The Cricketer Who

Is playing rep, premier, pathway, state or emerging professional cricket.

Knows they're good enough.
But doesn't always play like it.

Maybe you dominate in the nets but can't take it into the middle.
Maybe you keep getting out in the same way.
Maybe you start well and then throw your wicket away.
Maybe your bowling falls apart after one bad over.
Maybe you're constantly thinking about your score.
Maybe you play well for three weeks and then can't reproduce it.
Maybe you've been dropped and you're trying to get back.
Maybe you've got the talent but haven't yet worked out how to consistently access it.

That's what we're here for.

This isn't technique coaching.
And it isn't about sitting around talking about confidence.

It's about taking what happens in your cricket and turning it into something you can actually work on.

The Players I've Worked With
I was dropped from the WA squad. Twelve months later I was back in. This work was the difference between those two versions of me. Western Australia State XI

IF YOU THINK THERE'S MORE
IN YOUR CRICKET THAN
YOU'RE CURRENTLY SHOWING.

Put your name forward.

I'm keeping this group small because I want to actually work with the players in it.

Already contracted or playing at the top level? Let's talk first →

P.S.

When you apply, I'll send you the 7 Minute Flow Method™ recording - the reset used by players I've worked with to get back to what they've trained when the game starts moving away from them. You get it whether you join the group or not.
