The future of your cricket starts here.
Most players don’t lack talent, skill or ability - they lack a foundational framework.
Strength is trained in one place, technique in another and the mental side becomes a motivational talk before games. That’s why performance breaks down under pressure.
Mental performance isn’t a collection of tips. It’s one integrated foundational framework.
Project 228™ brings decision-making, emotional control, match awareness, tempo, and execution together - into one cricket-specific mental performance framework - The Pro Performance Framework™.
We build it in 4 weeks. We pressure-test and apply it over the next 8.
Ready to play at your best and finally stop giving excuses for your failures?

How It Works
The program runs in two structured phases:
We build your Pro Performance Framework™ by:
Correcting decision errors
Mapping your pressure patterns
Mapping your ball-by-ball reset routine
Translating structure into runs and wickets
Building your Game and Training Day structures
This is intensive, focused and foundational.
By the end of 4 weeks, you’ll have a fully built Pro Performance Framework™ - that reduces decision errors, stabilises your ball-by-ball focus, and gives you a repeatable structure for training and match play.
This is where consistency compounds. Over the next eight weeks we:
Stabilise match execution
Track measurable improvements
Implement selection-cycle planning
Refine decision-making using game day reviews
Strengthen pressure regulation under real stakes
Apply match-phase mapping (Start / Middle / Death)
This is where framework becomes repeatable by tweaking and personalising weekly.
By the end of phase 2 i.e. 12weeks, the complete Pro Performance Framework™ delivers consistency of outcomes you desire.
After Phase 2, you can continue to stay on for as long as you need.
Cricketers I have worked with have trained inside Project228™ for 7+ years, and are now playing state, franchise or international cricket.
Your Decision
Every player begins with exactly the same first 4-Week Foundation cycle.
Only difference, at the end of 4 weeks, you either:
Finish the program - download + keep the videos, tools and worksheets. Apply it yourself independently, for the rest of your playing career.
Continue - enter the 8-Week Implementation Cycle window.
The choice is yours.
It has been strutured this way, to ensure elite-level mental performance is accessible - without breaking the bank.
Till date, 99% crickters have gone through the full 12-week cycle because this is where execution stabilises and performance is exponentially better.
Project-228™ receives more applications than available places - the waitlist gives you the best chance at a spot.
Who You Are & Where I Can Take You...
You’re a talented and skilled cricketer.
You have pro ambitions. You train hard. You care. You’ve got results in you. You have seen that - but sporadically.
If you’re honest - your performances don’t always reflect your ability.
You know you have more runs and more wickets in you.
BUT, right now, your game can feel tied to confidence, momentum, or how the first few overs go.
When it flows, it flows. When it doesn’t, you’re fighting yourself.
And you don’t want to keep growing like that.
You want:
More consistency - not just flashes
More control - especially under pressure
More belief - that actually holds up in games
More runs and wickets - without overthinking
You have tried the motivation hacks, watched mindset videos, visualisation, self talk and breathing exercises. But that just has not helped.
The missing piece is a mental framework that holds up in that cycle.
Project 228™ exists to build exactly that.
This is about building a mental framework that helps you:
Stop playing survival cricket under pressure
Stay present across spells and innings
Make better decisions ball by ball
Reset quickly after mistakes
The goal is not confidence.
That comes from the framework and from there your results - the currency you know and love i.e. MORE RUNS AND WICKETS.
If you’re serious about where you’re going in cricket, the next step isn’t more technical training and volume.
The Pro Performance Framework™
The Pro Performance Framework™ is trademarked and built by me on one thing:
How to unlock potential consistently - under pressure
The framework has 5 core concepts. These are built around your game. Each one is trained through a specific trademarked tool. We do this in the first 4 weeks.
1. Pressure - Using the Pressure Signature™ we map exactly how pressure shows up in your game - your physical cues, thought patterns, tempo shifts, and decision errors - so you can predict and overcome it.
2. Flow (aka. the Zone) - Using the 7-Minute Flow Method™ you build a repeatable pre-performance routine that regulates your nervous system and gives you a reliable entry into rhythm - instead of waiting to “feel ready.”
3. Fear - Using the Pressure Release Framework™ we identify the subtle fears (failure, judgment, non-selection, stagnation) that cause you to play survivial cricket - and systematically reduce their grip on your decision making in the middle.
4. Triggers - Using the Trigger Tracker™ you create ball-by-ball reset anchors that stabilise focus, sharpen intent, and prevent emotional carryover between deliveries.
5. Reflection - Using the Post-Game Reflection Protocol™ you now have a structured review framework that turns matches into data and direction - not emotional highs and lows or a confidence yo-yo.
These concepts are then integrated through...
Runs & Wickets Framework™ - So everything translates directly to performance currency i.e. runs and wickets.. and,
24Ball Training System™ - So practice mirrors match reality.
This is how we unlock potential.

My Philosophy
Let me be direct. Most of what young cricketers are taught about the mental game doesn’t work.
Not because mindset isn’t important.
But because it’s anchored on generic strategies OF - Visualization. Affirmations. “Back yourself.” “Control the controllables.”, Breathing etc.
These are basic. They work for a game or two - not long term!
Cricket isn’t a very high-adrenaline, fast-feedback sport.
It’s slow. It’s reflective. It gives you time to doubt.
One ball. Pause. Another decision. Doubt if the decision was not great. That is the cycle.
Psychology in cricket is borrowed - from corporate goal-setting models or from sports that don’t resemble cricket’s mental demands.
So players are left with basic motivation and archaic techniques… but no structure.
They can execute in the nets. But under pressure, they just do not know why couldn't they execute their skills.
So they play 20% safer. Go in their shell. Get over cautious mid-innings (especially after getting to 20 - "I do not want to throw it away").
And then hope to be confident and happy at the back of a sub par 33 off 75.
Confident isn’t the starting point. Structure is.
I don’t teach positivity (complete BS! does not work).
I teach players how their mind behaves under pressure - and we build frameworks around that.
Cricket requires:
Ball-by-ball regulation
Emotional stamina
Identity stability
Decision clarity
& a lot more.
That’s why I built cricket-specific frameworks like the Pressure Simulation Protocol™, 7-Minute Flow Method™, and Trigger Tracker™.
Not borrowed psychology. Cricket-designed frameworks for cricket problems.
If a coach can’t break down your pressure patterns, and translate psychology into ball-by-ball decisions - they’re not training performance.
They’re talking about mindset. Which is motivational, but does not hold.
There’s a difference. And that difference decides your career.

About Me and Project-228™
I ONLY work with talented and skilled cricketers aged 13+ who want to go pro or are pro - and understand that talent alone won’t get or keep them there.
I don’t sell motivation.
I build a complete mental framework.
Over the past several years, I’ve worked with Pro, Semi-Pro, Rookie, Premier and pathway cricketers navigating trials, selection pressure, injury setbacks, and professional transitions.
My background in performance psychology and identity-based coaching allows me to go deeper than surface-level mindset work.
Because most of what passes as “mental skills” in cricket doesn’t hold up.
Cricket isn’t decided by technique alone.
It’s decided by the quality of decisions made ball after ball.
That’s why I’ve developed cricket-specific frameworks - including the Pressure Simulation Protocol™, 7-Minute Flow Method™, Trigger Tracker™, and Game Day Blueprint™ - all designed to improve decision-making under pressure.
Project 228™ is the expression of that belief.
The mission is simple: help 228 cricketers build the mental architecture required to compete at higher levels.
Not through empty confidence.
But through structure, awareness, and repeatable frameworks that hold up when the stakes rise.
This work isn’t for players looking for motivation.
It’s for players willing to examine their patterns, challenge their identity attachments, and build structure around their performance.
In a sport flooded with technical coaching, the mental structure is the differentiator.
Cricket is evolving.
The mental side can’t remain generic.
The player who builds a structured mental framework has the discernible advantage. That’s where I work.
